Terms of Service for APPLI CREATION

These Terms of Service define the obligations and conditions that users (individuals or corporations) must adhere to when using the application development services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by our company. By using this service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Article 1 (Scope of Service)

We provide services such as planning, development, and maintenance of smartphone and web applications. The specific scope will be defined in individual contracts.

Article 2 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

Article 3 (Contracts and Fees)

Contracts related to development work shall be executed in writing or via electronic agreement. Pricing and payment terms will be defined for each individual project.

Article 4 (Cancellation Policy)

As a general rule, cancellations after contract signing are not accepted. If cancellation is unavoidable, fees will be charged based on the work already completed.

Article 5 (Delivery and Inspection)

After the deliverables are handed over, a certain inspection period will be provided to confirm whether the agreed acceptance criteria are met. If no issues are found, the delivery is deemed final and the maintenance phase will begin.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)

Ownership of intellectual property for deliverables shall be determined based on the contract. If not explicitly stated, the copyright belongs to our company.

Article 7 (Confidentiality)

Both parties shall not disclose any confidential information obtained during or after the contract period to third parties.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

We are not liable for any damages resulting from natural disasters, server failures, or third-party interference beyond our control.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of our company's head office as the court of first instance.
